I've been riding bikes since I was a little kid, from BMX racing in the 80's to Freestlye in the 90's then progressing to motorcycles for the great fun and adventure you get from riding.
In the early 90's I had an 8mm camera that we used everywhere and made VHS movies which there is a little footage left (see the 1993 video) and then had a family and riding took a back seat for a bit but now with the kids old enough to participate in riding and new camera tech its time to make some videos of our adventures.

First Offroad ride on the 450MT-CFMoto
So I bought a CF Moto MT450, the price was right and it's a lot of bang for your buck! This bike is proving very popular at the moment with over 400 sold in Australia, I will be taking this bike everywhere I can going forward.

2024 Rubicon Rally

Previously known as the Kenda Rally, the Rubicon Rally is on again in the same location as the last few years which is a shame because of the lack of space. Went for a ride on my Brother in-laws Triumph with my sister around the Bellarine Penisula and had a great time, the bike is very impressive with all the tech and rider aids included in the total price. The 2023 Dirty Warrny is a geavel bike ride starting in Moriac for the 246klm coarse and in Forrest for the 146klm coarse, me and a few mates were Motocycle marshals for the event. The Myrtleford Alpine Rally was one of the best rallies we have been to, the weather couldn't be better and the singletrack was on point. Current crop of small ADV bikes and some of the bigger ones too don’t sound anywhere near as good as this, it’s as if the Chinese have made that a goal on their check list from the start. Seeing you ride it through some of the tough sections on the stock tyres makes me realise just how capable this bike would be with properly set up suspension, better off road rubber and a few other minor adjustments. When I get mine I’ll get the crash bars, auxiliary lights, decent bash plate and go the 15/45 sprocket and chain upgrade to ease its cruising ability on the highway. Other than that this bike is truly something special for any money in my book.

Sits on 110 comfortably even though she revs a bit but it’s like butter, smooth. A lot of people are putting a 15 tooth sprocket up front.

I've had mt 450MT for about 3 weeks and love the thing. Way more fun in the rough stuff than my 1050XT. I heard you mention Gellibrand? Where abouts where those tracks and roads, I'd like to give them a go!
On the west side, was tuckers orchard, cricket pitch trk and rapier ridge is a good one, if you like very sandy and whoops then peppermint parade is great 👍🏻

Seems ok, the finish is good quality will definitely be good competition to the other brands. I’ve only had it for 2 weeks so give it some time to see any problems. You should go to a dealer and see one in the flesh.
Nice Vid. Johanna beach is the most powerful beach break in the country with good banks. A real swell magnet, had some great sessions out there years ago surfing with the whales close by. They were there for about a week.
Yes you’d have to be a pretty good surfer to be out there🤘🏼

What's the mileage u got when offroading?
Hour and a half riding, I think I had 3/4 tank and it was saying around 200klm to go but went higher the further I got, it must recalibrate when you going slower, but it’s saying 4.4 ltr per 100km average

Yes it is illegal in Victoria, but where I live we don’t see the authorities very often, they are more prevalent in more popular areas.

This ride starts at Princetown Recreation Reserve & Camping --------->Johanna Beach GOW Campsite --------->Aire Crossing campsite Johanna (this site is free, no booking required, but sometimes full) --------->Intersection of Delaneys Track & Link track, south of Carlisle River --------->While on Link Track do a U-turn onto Tuckers Orchard rd ---------> Left onto Gelibrand-Carlisle rd to get to the main road 'Carlisle road'

Mines a 2014, has been a great bike easy to maintain, great for single track. From 2017 onwards they’re a bit smoother with the counter balancer, can’t go wrong with any euro bike these days.

@@EddyOtway Did they have non racing editions of the 250/300 ? I heard that they're a nicer trail bike, and some like to whack in a set of dal soggios which make them nicer than KYB.
